  1. Cooking the dough. Mix flour and salt and gradually pour warm water. Knead the elastic dough, which should be soft and pliable, do not stick to your hands.
  2. Wrap the dough in a film and set aside to go on for an hour.

  3. Rub the peeled onions and carrots on a fine grater. Passing them in a pan in olive oil for several minutes.

  4. Put 1/3 of the pan into a plate and set aside side.

  5. Finely chop the cabbage and add to the pan to the remaining parts of sauteed vegetables. Stew vegetables on low heat until cabbage will not become soft and golden. Salting to taste to taste. We are leaving with fire and cool.

  6. We spread the dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour and roll it to a thickness of 2-3 mm.

  7. We form dumplings. Cut the mugs out of the rolled dough. AT put the filling in the middle of each.

  8. Fold the circle in half, flatten the filling a little and pinch the edges.

  9. Dip the formed dumplings in boiling salted water and cook for about 5-7 minutes.

  10. We take out the ready-made dumplings, decorate with a delayed passer and greens and serve. Enjoy your meal!
