Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. raspberries, split
  • 2 tbsp. l powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l italian liquor limoncello
  • 1 briquette (226 gr.) French cheese Neuchatel (soft cheese with white mold), brie or camembert is also suitable, room temperature
  • Shortbread

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, use a fork to crush 3/4 parts prepared raspberries mixed with powdered sugar and liquor. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or overnight so that the ingredients made friends.
  2. Before serving, place the cheese on a plate. Remaining whole berries mix raspberries in raspberry mixture and pour cheese over it.
  3. Serve the cheese on a plate with a cheese knife to smear delicious cheese on a shortbread cookie.
