  1. First I prepare the filling: I cut the tomatoes into small cubes, cheese on a medium grater, finely chop the parsley, mix everything in one bowl adding mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper taste.
  2. I cut pita bread into long strips about 10 cm wide.
  3. I spread the filling on one tip of the pita bread and curl it in the form the triangle.
  4. Fry the triangles in sunflower oil with a seam down to golden crust on both sides.
