  1. Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Fry until tender.
  3. We lay pita bread on top of each other. It will take exactly two lavash, otherwise when saturated, lavash may break.
  4. Spread with mayonnaise.
  5. Cut tomatoes and spread on pita bread.
  6. Cut greens and spread.
  7. Add meat and carrots.
  8. We turn into a roll.
  9. Leave to soak for 20 minutes, then cut.
