  1. Thaw langoustines. Add garlic to the pan, finely shredded, and seafood. For langoustines, first remove head, shell, paws. Leave only the ponytails.

  2. Fry the marine life for 6 minutes each side.

  3. Add lemon wedges, salt and a glass of water to the pan. Stew under the lid for 5 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and leave the langoustines in the container for cooking for another 5 minutes.
