  1. Wash mushrooms and boil in boiling salted water with laurel leaf for 5 minutes.
  2. In warm water add sugar, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and vegetable oil, coriander and black pepper peas.
  3. Chop the garlic and herbs and add to the marinade.
  4. Slightly fry the sesame seeds in a pan and add to marinade.
  5. Grate carrots or chop finely straws.
  6. Put mushrooms and carrots in a bowl, pour the marinade, cover cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
  7. After draining the marinade and serve chilled.
