This is a great homemade appetizer that is good to cook. everyday, and to the festive table. Cabbage turns out tasty and spicy. Do it if you like spicy food.

- We remove the stalk from the cabbage and the upper leaves. Cut cabbage in large pieces, shift into a basin and squeeze until it appears the juice.
- Cut the carrots with a long thin straw (can be grated on special grater).
- Rub the cloves of garlic on a fine grater and mix with carrots.
- Hot oil in a pan. Remove from heat, add spices and pour into carrots.
- Mix cabbage, carrots, vinegar, salt and sugar. A plate cover the dishes with cabbage and put the load. Leave warm indoors for 12 hours. Enjoy your meal!
