This is a great homemade appetizer that is good to cook. everyday, and to the festive table. Cabbage turns out tasty and spicy. Do it if you like spicy food.

  1. We remove the stalk from the cabbage and the upper leaves. Cut cabbage in large pieces, shift into a basin and squeeze until it appears the juice.
  2. Cut the carrots with a long thin straw (can be grated on special grater).
  3. Rub the cloves of garlic on a fine grater and mix with carrots.
  4. Hot oil in a pan. Remove from heat, add spices and pour into carrots.
  5. Mix cabbage, carrots, vinegar, salt and sugar. A plate cover the dishes with cabbage and put the load. Leave warm indoors for 12 hours. Enjoy your meal!
