  1. Clean the liver from the films, cut into small cubes.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings.
  3. Cut the carrots into small straws.
  4. Fry the onions in a pan.
  5. Add the liver, salt, mix and fry for about 7 minutes. Cool.
  6. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with mayonnaise.
