- I rub cheese on a coarse grater.
- Finely chop the greens.
- In a bowl I combine eggs, cheese, herbs, sour cream, sunflower butter, flour and mix everything well.
- There is enough salt in the cheese, and you look to your taste. All is well I am mixing.
- I heat up sunflower oil in a pan.
- I pour the mixture into a frying pan and level it with an even layer. I close the lid and fry for 7 minutes on fire a little less than average.
- I turn it over, it’s better to use two blades and I fry on the other side for another 5 minutes with the lid open.
- All is ready. It is very tasty to eat them with sour cream.
