- We will bake khachapuri in a pan. To do this, it’s better to take a pan with a thick bottom. Preheat it well, and on completely dry frying pan spread our flat cake. She bakes very fast – literally 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove our cake and generously lubricate with butter (I smeared on both sides). The smell is amazing!
