- Boil 1 kg of potatoes, cool and pass through meat grinder.
- For the test, mix 400 ml of warm kefir with 1/2 tsp. soda leave for a couple of minutes so that the soda is well extinguished.
- Add 1 egg to kefir, 1 tsp. salt, 2.5 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vegetable oil and mix.
- Pour the sifted flour in parts, knead the dough.
- In oil, fry one finely chopped onion, add spices (paprika, black pepper, turmeric and salt).
- Put onions in potatoes and mix.
- We divide the dough into small pieces, roll it a little and we spread about 1.5 tablespoons of filling, pinch the edges.
- We heat 300 ml of vegetable oil, put the pies in the oil and fry on both sides, for about 2 minutes.
- Put the finished pies on napkins to absorb excess butter.
