- Beat the eggs with a mixer into the foam. Add sugar, salt and again beat thoroughly. Then add kefir.
- To quench soda with lemon juice, add to the egg-kefir mixture and mix gently.
- It is advisable to sift the flour through a sieve to make the dough better quality. Add flour to the mixture and knead thick dough.
- If you decide to make pizza, this test is enough for one a big pizza or two standard ones. You can roll it thin layer, or make pizza on a thick dough – it will turn out very soft and gentle.
