Julia Child Recipe Burger

Specializing mainly in French dishes cuisine, she created recipes for ordinary everyday food.   • 450 – 500 gr. shoulder and shoulder ground beef cut
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped shallots
  • 1 tsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced into thin rings
  • 1 thinly sliced tomato
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Pickles
  • Sliced Cheddar Cheese or Swiss
  • Strips of bacon, fried, crispy
  • Room temperature butter
  • Ketchup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard
  • Salsa
  • Potato chips
  • Hamburger Buns

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small saucepan over high heat, heat creamy butter. Put the shallots and fry for 5 minutes, until it will become soft.
  2. Divide the minced meat into 4 servings. Flatten each piece, chop lightly with a knife, sprinkle with salt, pepper and 0.5 tsp. prepared shallots. Mix everything into a piece of minced meat and form cutlet with a diameter of 11 – 13 cm and a thickness of 0.5 – 1 cm. Thus, should get 4 cutlets.
  3. Fry the hamburger buns cut in half and hand them out to your guests. Invite them to smear themselves any sauces at will, while you do meat.
