Chicken breasts at home
All fans of meat delicacies will be pleased with the author’s recipe jerky chicken! Try to perfect your culinary skills. Cooking technology does not seem complicated. Kenyan pepper in company with cognac or rum “creates” with chicken breast delicious mouth-watering wonders!

Homemade chicken breast
For cooking delicious jerky chicken will need:
- chicken breast 3-4 pcs
- Kenyan hot pepper, ground 1-1.5 tablespoons
- ground black pepper 1.5-2 tablespoons
- ground paprika 3 + 2 teaspoons
- salt 2 tablespoons with a slide
- greens to taste
- rum or cognac 50-70 gr
You can prepare the dried breast as follows:
Separate the meat carefully from the bones and divide into two parts, to get oblong pieces.
Make shallow pockets on the side.
Mix in a bowl: salt, all kinds of pepper and chopped greens, pour cognac or rum. Recommended Use parsley.
Prepared chicken white meat with spices. Important(!), grate the meat, not dip it. “Pockets” of meat as well grate with spices.
For flavor and pungency, you can add a quarter of the wedge garlic in each “pocket”.
Fold the chicken breasts in a bowl and cover with cling film. Meat refrigerate for 12-14 hours.
Remove and rinse the pickled bird in water to prevent rubbing left. Dry the chicken breasts with a towel and grate paprika.
For taste, again, add chopped garlic. Tight wrap the meat with a cloth and send to the cold for another 24-36 hours.
Make a small puncture on the narrow side of the chicken and thread the rope.
Hang prepared delicacy in a well-ventilated indoors for two days, covered with gauze.
The longer the dried chicken hangs, the drier will be.
Store prepared meat in the refrigerator.
Tasty ideas:
Put a thin piece on the dried chicken breast jamon (see photo), sprinkle with pepper and garnish with dried tomatoes. Serve with vegetables.
