Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 8 tbsp. vegetable broth
  • 225 gr. yellow miso paste
  • 110 gr. diced tofu
  • 3 stalks of green onions

Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring the broth to a boil and reduce the heat to a liquid boiled weakly. Add miso and mix until mixture warms up. Pour into separate bowls. Put on plates tofu cubes and chopped green onions. Serve right away.
