- 1/3 Art. grated mozzarella
- 1/4 Art. grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1.5 tsp coarse salt
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- Garnish to choose from: grated cheese, mozzarella, basil, tomato mugs, marinara sauce, prosciutto, chopped olives, fried red bell peppers, lettuce, arugula, ketchup, pesto sauce

Recipe preparation:
- Heat a street grill or set to moderately strong fire a grill pan.
- In a food processor, mix garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, whole cheese, tomato paste, pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add minced meat and everything is fine mix with your hands or a wooden spoon. Form 8 cutlets with a diameter of 10 cm. and a thickness of 1.5 – 2 cm. Fry them for 5 minutes with each side. Ready cutlets let lie down 5 minutes before serve.
- Grease a slice of each bun with olive oil and lightly fry on the grill for 1 min.
- Put each cutlet on a bun, put the desired on top garnish, cover with the other half of the bun and serve. This dish goes well with Cabernet Sauvignon wine.
