Italian Fritty Burger

Ingredients for the recipe:

Hamburgers

  • 4 ciabatta or buns with sesame seeds, cut in half, by desire to fry
  • 700 gr. minced beef shoulder
  • 1.5 tbsp. l canola oil
  • 1 handful of arugula leaves

Ketchup “Fra Diablo”

  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chop
  • 1/4 tsp red chili peppers in cereal
  • 3/4 Art. tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp chopped oregano leaves
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped basil leaves

Fritt Cheese

  • 1 tbsp. grated cheese fountain, parmesan, asyago or mixture any of these cheeses
  • 2 tsp flour

Recipes with similar ingredients: ciabatta bread, ground beef, cheese fontina, asyago cheese, tomato sauce, red pepper flakes, wine vinegar, oregano, basil, ketchup, arugula

Recipe preparation:

  1. To make ketchup, heat oil over medium fire in a small stewpan with a non-reactive surface. Add garlic and chili flakes, cook 1 min. Add tomato sauce with oregano and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, mix vinegar with basil, salt and pepper. Wipe through a sieve, and pour into bowl, cool to room temperature or cover and keep in refrigerator for no more than 1 day. To serve, transfer to the gravy boat and let stand at room temperature.
  2. To make fricato frico, mix the cheese and flour. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. 20 cm in diameter. Add 3 tbsp. l cheese mixture and cook until the bottom is not browned. Flip with heat resistant silicone spatulas and cook another 10-15 seconds. Put on a plate to cool. Wipe the pan with a paper towel and repeat with other cakes.
  3. Divide the meat into 4 equal parts of approximately 170 grams. Form from each cutlet approximately 2 cm thick and in the center make a wide indentation with your thumb. Salt and pepper with both sides. Cook cutlets using butter.
  4. Gather a hamburger with a patty and cheese cake, and serve with ketchup. Burger recipe with mushrooms and homemade ketchup.
