Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. peeled grated raw potatoes
  • 1 peeled and cut into 4 parts potato tuber (340 gr.)
  • 2 tbsp. inflorescences of fresh cauliflower
  • 1/2 tbsp. milk
  • 3 tbsp. chicken stock or more, as needed
  • 2 tbsp. l cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp. premium wheat flour
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp. canola oil (portioned)
  • 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped chives

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour the raw potatoes with milk. Add 1/4 tbsp. chicken broth. In a small pan put the quarters of potatoes, cauliflower and pour in so much chicken stock to close vegetables. Put on a strong fire and bring to a boil. When the liquid boils, cook until soft, 7-10 minutes. Strain. In a bowl medium sized mash potatoes and cauliflower with creamy cheese.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, spices and baking powder. Good mix. Add mashed cauliflower and potatoes and mix. Add eggs to the raw potato mix, then combine both mixes. If the dough is too thick, add some more chicken stock.
  3. On a moderate to high heat, heat a non-stick pan coated and pour into it 2 tbsp. l canola oil. When is it heat up, put 1 tbsp. mix and carefully distribute it on the bottom evenly until a large circle is obtained (20-23 cm. in diameter). Fry until the edges are slightly browned, 2-3 minutes. Gently turn over with a thin flexible spatula and cook for 2 minutes. сthe other side. Put on a plate and repeat the same steps with the remaining test.
