  • 225 gr. warm boiled potatoes
  • 225 gr. peeled raw potatoes
  • 225 gr. (1.5 tbsp. With a hill) premium wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp sifted baking powder
  • 225-300 ml. (1-1.5 tbsp.) Yogurt
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  • Cooking Butter

Recipe preparation:

  1. Peel the boiled potatoes while it is hot, put it in bowl and crush immediately. Grate raw potatoes, add it to the resulting puree, put the flour and baking powder. Good mix and add as much yogurt to make a thick dough. Heat the pan, grease it with butter and fry big or small pancakes as usual. Try them right with pans with crispy slices of bacon or honey.
