- 1/4 Art. caramel topping for ice cream
- 2 tbsp. whipped cream
- Grated dark chocolate for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
- Cover the square baking dish (22 cm.) With two layers aluminum foil.
- Grind a sandwich cookie in a food processor. Sprinkle it in a medium-sized bowl and mix with butter. Pour the cookie crumbs to the bottom of the prepared mold and firmly press to form a cake.
- Gently spread the melted ice cream throughout the cake. Pour caramel and put whipped cream on top. Sprinkle grated chocolate. Place the ice cream cake in the freezer on 3 hours.
- Cut into cakes and serve.
