Recipe preparation:
- In a small dish, put 8-10 balls of ice cream in one layer and freeze for 20 minutes until fully hardened.
- Pour concentrated milk and vanilla syrup into a blender. Cool the blender bowl and 2 cups in the freezer for 20 minutes.
