- 8 slices of rustic rye flour bread, ground on millstones, 1.3 cm thick.
- 450 gr thin sliced fresh baked turkey sliced
- 225 gr. sliced brie cheese
- 1 bunch of arugula (stems removed)
- 5-6 Art. l softened butter
- 1/4 Art. purchased apple oil

Recipe preparation:
- Spread each of the 4 slices of bread 1/2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) butter. Next, spread each tablespoon of apple oils. Put a couple of slices of turkey on top, cover 2-3 slices of brie cheese (enough to completely cover the turkey), and, finally, lay a few leaves of arugula on top. Spread the remaining 4 slices of bread 1/2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter and put butter down on the cheese. Press gently.
- On a moderate low heat, heat a large cast iron or other heavy pan. Add the remaining tablespoon of cream oil so that it melts and evenly covers the bottom of the pan. Put as many sandwiches so that they fit neatly (2 or 4) and fry for 2-3 minutes, until a golden brown is formed crust, and the cheese will not start to melt. Turn over and cook another 2-3 min., so that the bread is browned. (If necessary, put more a tablespoon of butter and fry the remaining sandwiches.) Cut the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
