Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter, room temperature
  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese (approximately 85 g.)
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese (approximately 85 g.)
  • 4 slices of marble cheese (approximately 85 g.)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Spread butter on one side with butter. Heat up large pan to medium temperature. Place in pan 2 slices of bread, buttered side down. Lay on top one at a time a slice of each type of cheese, then cover with other slices of bread, butter up.
  2. Fry the sandwiches, lightly pressing with a spatula until the cheese does not melt, 3-4 minutes each. from each side. Repeat with remaining ingredients, and toast 2 more sandwiches. Cut sandwiches by diagonally into two parts and put on the pan with the cut side down and fry until golden brown.
