Hot sandwiches with three types of cheese – a detailed recipe Cooking Recipe by Matthew Michaud Photo of the dish:Andrew McCall Time: 25 minutes Difficulty: easy Quantity: 4 sandwiches The recipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter, room temperature
- 8 slices of white bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese (approximately 85 g.)
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese (approximately 85 g.)
- 4 slices of marble cheese (approximately 85 g.)

Recipe preparation:
- Spread butter on one side with butter. Heat up large pan to medium temperature. Place in pan 2 slices of bread, buttered side down. Lay on top one at a time a slice of each type of cheese, then cover with other slices of bread, butter up.
- Fry the sandwiches, lightly pressing with a spatula until the cheese does not melt, 3-4 minutes each. from each side. Repeat with remaining ingredients, and toast 2 more sandwiches. Cut sandwiches by diagonally into two parts and put on the pan with the cut side down and fry until golden brown.
