- 200 gr. butter at room temperature
- 350 gr or less good quality brie cheese
- 2 pcs. sliced vegetable physalis
- 250 gr soft goat cheese, sliced into 8 slices
- Watercress

Recipe preparation:
- Put the bacon on the griddle surface and sauté until golden brown and crisp. Shift to a plate covered with a paper towel. Divide each piece into four parts and set aside.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Put 3-4 slices of brie on 4 slices of bread, 2 slices of vegetable physalis, watercress, 2 slices of goat cheese and 4 slices bacon, season with salt and ground black pepper. Cover on top the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
- Grill sandwiches with vegetable physalis and bacon on a griddle until golden on both sides, brie should melt.
