- We clear the apples from seeds and peel, cut into pieces. In peppers remove the seeds and cut. Fall asleep with sugar and leave alone on several hours (can be left overnight).
- Mash allspice, coriander and cloves into crumbs and mix with basil.
- We put the vegetables on the fire and cook for about 20 minutes. When they become soft, add spices and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Grind vegetables until smooth with a blender. Add vinegar and bring the sauce to a boil. Store the sauce in jars in the fridge.
