Hot Dogs with Pasta and Cheese

Macaroni and cheese – a simple and very tasty dish, and if to them add also a delicious fried sausage, it’s amazing stuffing for hot dogs. First make cream cheese sauce and mix it with pasta horns.   • 450 gr pasta horns
  • 2 tbsp. whole milk
  • 2 and 1/4 Art. fat cream
  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
  • 1/3 Art. flour
  • 240 gr. diced white american cheese room temperature (about 2 tbsp.)
  • 240 gr. Gruyere cheese, grated, room temperature (approximately 2 tbsp.)
  • 1/3 Art. parmesan, grated, room temperature

Hot dogs

  • Cooking Oil
  • 6 beef sausages
  • 6 potato rolls for hot dogs

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cook pasta with cheese: In a large pot boil salted water. Add the pasta and cook in as recommended on the packaging until al dente. Drain well and cool pasta.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, heat the milk and 2 tbsp. fat cream (do not boil). In another same pan on Melt the butter over moderate heat.
