- 450 gr salsa sauce
- 2 chopped hot peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 tbsp. l adobo sauce, from a can
- 1 tbsp. l lime juice
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro, optional

Recipe preparation:
- Light the grill to medium heat. Place the sausages on the wire rack grilling. Fry until golden brown, from 20 to 25 minutes. Often turning the sausages with tongs, every 4-6 minutes. Do not forget to close grill cover.
- Place a large cast-iron pan on the side burner of the grill and turn on medium heat (if your grill does not have a side burner, place the cast-iron skillet on the grill when you warm it up). Add olive oil with peppers and fry stirring constantly until the peppers are soft, about 5 min
- Put salsa in a bowl. Add chipotle peppers with adobo sauce and lime juice.
- Place the chorizo sausages in the notched buns and fill fried peppers. Top with salsa with chipotle pepper and sprinkle with cilantro if using.
