Ingredients for the recipe:
Hot dogs
- 4 good quality smoked cheese sausages
- 2 tbsp. shukruta with cabbage (see recipe below)
- 4 halved hot dog buns
Shukrut
- 110 gr. chopped bacon into small pieces
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion rings
- 2 tbsp. good quality sauerkraut
- 1 and 1/3 Art. Riesling wines
- Garni bouquet (see recipe below)
Garni bouquet
- 1 star anise star
- 1 tsp coriander seed
- 1 tsp black pepper peas
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 clove bud
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 juniper berry
- Put all the ingredients in a square piece of gauze (15×15 see) and tightly knit with culinary thread

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat barbecue to high temperature. In a pan on moderately high heat bring the water to a boil, then lower sausages and cook for 5 minutes. Take them out and grill for 5-7 minutes., until they swell and cheese begins to stand out.
- While sausages are fried, warm the shukrut and fry the buns for hot dogs Put a layer of shukrut in each bun and lay on top sausage. Serve. Shukrut: in a pan over medium heat saute the bacon for 10-15 minutes until it becomes crispy. Put the onions and fry for 5-7 minutes. to transparency. Add fermented cabbage, Riesling and sachets with spices, then cook for about 45 min. until the liquid evaporates to 2/3. Remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate for 24 hours to shukrut insisted. Shukrut can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
