Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 beef sausages for hot dogs
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 8 crimini mushrooms, sliced in 0.5 cm slices.
  • 1 chopped in half and chopped onion
  • 1 thinly sliced red pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.66 Art. halved yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. grated mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter at room temperature
  • 6 potato rolls for hot dogs

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat a saucepan with a diameter of 25 cm. Over medium heat. Fry hot dogs on all sides to warm up, about 5 minutes. Put on a plate and keep warm while you cook stuffing. In the same pan, heat olive oil on medium the fire. Put mushrooms in a hot pan and cook, periodically stirring until they fry for about 5 minutes. Add onion and red pepper, oregano and half salt. Keep going cook, stirring occasionally until onion and pepper soft and will not fry for about 8 minutes. Turn off the fire and add tomatoes with leftover salt.
