  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/3 Art. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh lime zest
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard
  • 1 clove garlic

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place a medium-sized pan over medium heat, pour oil in it, put onion and green pepper. Sauté until soft vegetables. Add pineapple, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, not Covering until liquid evaporates, about 30 min.
  2. Dessert the pan with apple cider vinegar, add lime zest, mustard and garlic. Cook without covering low heat until the liquid evaporates again, for another 20 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, let cool, then cover and place in refrigerator before use.
