Hot dip spinach and artichoke sauce

Follow the example of Alton Brown, and save time in the kitchen, using frozen spinach and frozen artichokes for cooking its deep-dip sauce.   • 1 tbsp. chopped frozen spinach pre thawed
  • 1.5 tbsp. frozen artichoke cores previously thawed
  • 170 gr curd cheese
  • 1/4 Art. sour cream
  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Art. grated parmesan
  • 0.5 tsp hot pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 tbsp. water until vegetables will not become soft. Drain the water. Heat the curd cheese in microwave for 1 min., or until it will become hot and softened. Add the rest of the ingredients. Serve the dip sauce hot.
