Wash pieces of salmon, dry and remove small tweezers and large bones. Spread skin down.

In a bowl, mix sugar with salt, chop dill. Sprinkle prepared pieces of salmon with sugar and salt (½ part) and dill (½ part).

Turn the salmon over and repeat on the other side.

Pieces in dill, salt and sugar are placed on a baking sheet nearby, cover with cling film, put on top the form and load. We send salmon in the refrigerator for 2 days, after 24 hours, pieces turn over.

Wash the fragrant pieces of salted salmon, dry and cut into slices. Homemade salted salmon can be served on sandwiches or in butter with capers, chopped red onions, dill and slices of lemon.
