  1. First, mix the cottage cheese with milk in a pan and cook on slow fire 5 minutes from the moment of boiling.

  3. Put the cottage cheese back into the pan, add salt, soda, eggs and butter.
  4. We put in a water bath and stir constantly.
  5. We are waiting for the cottage cheese to melt, and the mass will become homogeneous.
  6. I did not wait for complete dissolution, removed a little earlier. I have grains of cottage cheese remained in the cheese, but they did not interfere at all.
  7. As soon as the consistency suits you, remove from heat and transfer the mass to the container.
