  1. Choose a pot with a thick bottom, put on the stove. Pour Sour cream, whisking with a whisk, add the eggs, and then milk. Turn on low heat, slowly heat, whisking periodically with a whisk.
  2. We bring the mass almost to a boil, but it should not boil.
  3. After some time, the serum should go away. In a colander spread two layers of gauze. When the whey leaves, drain contents in a colander. All serum should drain within an hour.
  4. You can also hang a bag of gauze somewhere a bowl.
  5. We get cottage cheese about 1 kg 200 g.
  6. We wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, pass through a meat grinder, or grind with a blender. Curd mass should be without lumps, creamy consistency.
  7. In the mass add vanilla sugar, icing sugar, cream oil at room temperature. We mix everything.
  8. Cover with wet gauze. We shift the mass into the form, leave in a cold place for several hours, remove the Easter from forms and serve.
