  1. 500 g of sour cream and 500 g of kefir combined. Add 1 tsp. salt. Mix well.
  2. Gauze folded 6 times. Cover the colander. Colander put on the pan.
  3. Pour a mixture of kefir and sour cream in a colander over gauze. Cover, put oppression on top.
  4. Refrigerate for 48 hours.
  5. After 2 days: finely chop the dill. If you like spicy, crush 2 cloves of garlic and mix with dill.
  6. From the resulting cheese, form a sausage. Roll in chopped dill.
