This is a classic ice cream, but cooked with the addition of pieces of chocolate. Make delicious creamy ice cream at home in which crunches chocolate chips so nicely.

- Pour milk into a suitable container, add sugar, yolks and vanillin. Mix thoroughly with a whisk to start sugar dissolves.
- We put the dishes with our mass in a water bath and cook for 10 minutes. The consistency of the mass should look like condensed milk. Remove from the water bath and let cool completely.
- Whip the cream until splendid. Not necessarily to dense peaks – let the mass be soft and tender.
- Into the cooled custard, add whipped cream. Putting it all together until smooth with a whisk.
- We transfer the resulting mass into a container, close the lid and send it to the freezer.
- Every half hour we get ice cream and mix so that there is no pieces of ice. So do 3-4 times. Chop chocolate with a knife to state of small crumbs. After the last stirring, add the resulting chocolate chips.
- Mix everything and return the container to the freezer until full freezing.
