This is a classic ice cream, but cooked with the addition of pieces of chocolate. Make delicious creamy ice cream at home in which crunches chocolate chips so nicely.

  1. Pour milk into a suitable container, add sugar, yolks and vanillin. Mix thoroughly with a whisk to start sugar dissolves.
  2. We put the dishes with our mass in a water bath and cook for 10 minutes. The consistency of the mass should look like condensed milk. Remove from the water bath and let cool completely.
  3. Whip the cream until splendid. Not necessarily to dense peaks – let the mass be soft and tender.
  4. Into the cooled custard, add whipped cream. Putting it all together until smooth with a whisk.
  5. We transfer the resulting mass into a container, close the lid and send it to the freezer.
  6. Every half hour we get ice cream and mix so that there is no pieces of ice. So do 3-4 times. Chop chocolate with a knife to state of small crumbs. After the last stirring, add the resulting chocolate chips.
  7. Mix everything and return the container to the freezer until full freezing.
