  1. Boil the beets until cooked, peel and rub on large grater.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with the addition of a small amount of oil. The onion should become transparent.
  3. Add beets, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and tomato to the onion pasta.
  4. Grind everything with a blender.
