  1. Slices of loaf we fry in vegetable oil (required at both sides).
  2. Hard-boiled eggs, peel them and grind on a coarse grater. Put in a large plate.
  3. The cooled croutons we rub garlic.
  4. Lubricate one of the sides of the toast with mayonnaise and dip it in crushed eggs.
  5. Lay croutons on a beautiful dish and serve.
