  1. We take out the herring fillet from the oil and soak it with paper towels. Cut the prepared pieces in half, fold into rolls, fix with toothpicks and put in a bowl.

  2. Finely chopped marinated sweet peppers with peeled onions, send to a bowl, add tomato paste, chopped parsley (1 branch leave) and mix. Prepared Sauce pepper fill rolls from herring, cover and cool for 2 hours.

  3. Put the fragrant herring ready on a plate, pour sauce, decorate with parsley and immediately serve.
