  1. We clean salty herring from skin, viscera and bones. Put the prepared fillet (2 pcs.) In a bowl and sprinkle finely chopped onion.

  2. Dissolve sugar in cherry juice, add water (2 tbsp) and pour herring with onions. Leave the fish in a cherry marinade for 30 minutes.

  3. We take out the herring fillet from cherry juice, cut into pieces, beautifully spread on a plate, add onions, pour juice, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, garnish with parsley and serve immediately festive table.
