Ingredients for the recipe:
Salad dressing
- 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter with slices
- 1/2 tbsp. coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. l soy sauce plus some more to serve
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil plus some more
Fish salad
- 450 gr chopped akhi tuna sushi for large sushi
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 200 gr. chopped smoked salmon (optional)
- 1/4 Art. chopped red onions
- 3/4 Art. washed and chopped boiled seaweed (optional)
- 5 tsp chopped toasted macadamia nuts
- 3 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 lime juice
- Sea salt
- Deep-fried wonton cakes for serving
- Leaves of lettuce to serve

Recipe preparation:
- In a bowl of a food processor, mix peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, hot sauce and sesame oil. Whisk at high speed.
- Put the tuna in a large bowl. Add smoked tomatoes salmon, red onions, seaweed, macadamia nuts, cilantro and lime juice.
- Pour the tuna mixture with peanut butter and mix. Season to taste with sesame oil, soy sauce and salt. Serve on wonton or wrap in lettuce.
