- 12 pcs potatoes, medium, peeled
- 4 thick slices of bacon, each cut across 9 pieces
- 110 gr. butter
- 2 chives, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. l finely chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Recipe preparation:
- Put slices of bacon on a baking sheet and freeze them until hardness of about 30 minutes Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180 degrees. Boil a large pot of salt water. Using a sharp knife, make transverse cuts in each potatoes, at a distance of about 0.5 cm from each other, short about 0.8 cm to the edge of the potato. - Put the potatoes in the oven and bake until they are does not become crispy and crispy, about 2 hours, lubricating in the middle cooking with molten butter.
- When the potatoes are almost ready, melt the remaining 3 tbsp. l butter and mix with onions, parsley and garlic. Put on 1 spoon on the potatoes and bake for another 5 minutes. Lay out on dish and serve.
