Hamburgers with Egg and Frisse Salad

Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 650 gr. ground beef, preferably the neck
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for grilling
  • 4 crispy buns, cut horizontally into two parts
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard, as well as more for buns
  • 1 head shallots, cut into thin rings
  • 1 small bunch of frisse lettuce, tear leaves with your hands

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to a moderate to high temperature. Fry bacon in a pan at medium temperature until crispy crusts. Transfer the bacon to a dish lined with a paper towel, pour from the pan 2 tbsp. l melted fat.
  2. Form four round patties weighing 160 grams from the minced meat. иabout 2 cm thick. Make a thumb in the center of each cutlets 1.2 mm. deepening. Sprinkle cutlets on both sides with salt and pepper. Lubricate the grill grates with a small amount of vegetable oil, place the patties on the wire rack, recess in the bottom, and fry until the appearance of marks, approximately 5 minutes Flip and continue fry until slightly solid, about 3 minutes more. Cutlets turn out medium fried. Put cutlets on dish and leave for 5 minutes. Place the buns on the grill, slice down, and fry until golden brown, about 1 min.
  3. Add to the same pan 2 tbsp. l olive oil and heat to moderately high temperature. Add eggs and fry until until the yolks slightly harden, approximately 5 min. Salt and pepper.
  4. Beat mustard in a medium-sized bowl, 1 tbsp. l olive oil, 2 tbsp. l melted fat and shallots. Salt and Spice up. Add frisse salad and mix; salt and pepper taste.
  5. Smear the bottom of the buns with mustard. Put cutlets on top, bacon, frisse salad and fried eggs. Cover the upper halves buns.
