Ingredients for the recipe:
- 650 gr. ground beef, preferably the neck
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- Vegetable oil, for grilling
- 1/4 Art. hoisin sauce
- 6 green onion feathers
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil, as well as more for lubrication
- 4 buns with sesame seeds, cut horizontally into two parts
- 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce (asian chili sauce)
- 12 thin slices of fresh cucumbers

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to a moderately high temperature.
