  • Vegetable oil, for grilling
  • 1/4 Art. hoisin sauce
  • 6 green onion feathers
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil, as well as more for lubrication
  • 4 buns with sesame seeds, cut horizontally into two parts
  • 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce (asian chili sauce)
  • 12 thin slices of fresh cucumbers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to a moderately high temperature.
