- Hamburger lettuce and tomatoes

- 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1/4 Art. peeled and diced into small cubes cucumber
- 2 tbsp. l chopped red onions
- 2 tbsp. l diced tomato (without skin)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of ground white pepper

Recipe preparation:
- For cutlets: In a bowl, combine beef and lamb.
