Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 700 gr. minced lamb meat
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • A pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed into a paste
  • 2 chopped sprigs of fresh oregano
  • 1/2 bunch finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 bunch finely chopped fresh mint
  • Zest 1/2 lemon
  • 4 whole grain pitas or 4 sesame seeds sprinkled with buns for hamburgers
  • 2 heads of red onion (one cut into 0.5 cubes see, another rings for decoration)
  • Zaziki pasta with feta cheese (see recipe below)
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato Bull’s heart for decoration
  • 2 tbsp. young spinach leaves for decoration

Zaziki pasta with feta cheese:

  • 2 tbsp. natural yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. l white wine vinegar
  • 2 crushed and finely chopped cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint (chop leaves)
  • 1 small bunch of finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 coarsely grated cucumber
  • Salt

Recipe preparation:
