Ham Sandwiches

B recipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l apple jam or peach jam
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped chives or green onions
  • 350 gr boiled ham, cut into cubes (approximately 1.5 Art.)
  • 3/4 Art. diced celery stalks, and 1/4 tbsp. chopped celery leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped roasted pecans
  • 8 slices of brown bread with nuts and raisins, lightly fry
  • 8 to 12 slices of hawarti cheese (preferably flavored caraway seeds)
  • 8 leaves of green salad

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix in a large bowl mayonnaise, apple jam, chives – onion. Add ham, celery, celery leaves and pecans, mix.
  2. Put 4 slices of bread on a clean surface. Put on top for each 2 – 3 slices of cheese, then put the mixture of ham and cover with 2 lettuce leaves. Put the remaining sandwiches on top bread and cut diagonally into two parts.
