  1. Wash the eggplants and cut them into plates with a thickness of about five mm, salt and set aside for half an hour. Then rinse them under running water.
  2. Fried carrots chopped on a fine grater on vegetable oil.
  3. Add finely chopped tomatoes to it, slightly salt, more fry a little and remove from heat.
  4. Fry the prepared eggplant plates in oil until golden color and clean on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  5. Put the stuffing on the finished eggplant, put a slice on top ham, wrap in a roll.
  6. Serve the finished rolls on a dish, decorating with greens.
