Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 900 gr. minced lamb meat
  • 8 pita cakes
  • 1 pack frozen waffle fries
  • 1 pack (300 gr.) Frozen spinach
  • 2 tbsp. l seasonings for grill (a couple of handfuls)
  • 2.5 tsp ground cumin (portioned)
  • 1 tbsp. l chili powder (handful)
  • 1 tbsp. l coriander (handful)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (1/3 of a handful)
  • 2-3 pinches of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. natural yogurt
  • 1 small grated clove of garlic
  • 1/4 peeled and grated cucumber, plus 1/2 sliced thin cucumber slices
  • Juice 1 Lemon
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced in thin slices
  • Hot pepper rings, banana pepper slices for decoration sandwiches

Gravy:

  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • 2 tbsp. l wheat flour
  • 2 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 2 tbsp. chicken broth
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Put french fries on baking sheet. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add spices for grill, 2 tsp. cumin, chili powder, coriander, oregano, cinnamon and crumbled cheese feta. Thaw the spinach in the microwave. Wrap spinach in towel and squeeze dry, then add to the meat. Stuff the minced meat and form an elongated roll of length 8 on the baking sheet see, grease with olive oil.
