Ingredients for the recipe:
- 225 gr. sliced 1.5 cm. Caseri cheese (you can replace with feta cheese)
- 1 wheat flour
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- 1/4 Art. chopped parsley leaves
- Lemon slices for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Roll slices of cheese in flour, shake off excess. Put in refrigerator while oil is heating. In a large skillet with non-stick over high heat, heat the oil. Put slices of cheese and fry until golden brown from all sides, about 1.5 minutes. from each side. Keep warm in bake until the next batch. Put the cheese on dish, pepper, sprinkle with parsley and pour lemon juice.
